Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. You grant us permission to charge your selected payment method automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. All prices are in USD.
We process payments through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
If you dispute a charge, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will work with you and Stripe to investigate. Dispute procedures are governed by Stripe's dispute resolution policies and your payment method issuer's policies.
If your payment method fails or becomes invalid, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file.
